SITE Staffing Honored with Central City Business Award from Milwaukee Business Journal

“In business, success comes down to meeting customers’ needs. That’s something SITE Staffing has effectively done for 21 years as it helps businesses find the workers they need.”

On March 10th, 2017 SITE Staffing had the honor of receiving a Central City Business award from the Milwaukee Business Journal. Continuing from the quote above, the accompanying article goes on to mention owner Jeff Wein’s commitment to the Milwaukee community for the past two decades, as well as our desire to get “the right person into the right position.”

The article also highlights what kind of companies we work with – such as our great, 13-year-long relationship with Pak Technologies – and includes another shout-out to a feature in our recruiter profile series, Maurice Pendergast.

“Last fall, Maurice Pendergast, a new SITE employee focused on filling professional positions, started working with Pak. ‘In just a short period of time, his efforts have made a big difference,’ said Sharon Herbes, director of business administration and human resources. ‘They are now our go-to source for direct-hire solutions in our office. We’re very happy we can work with SITE on both finding workers for our plant and office,’ she said. ‘They are great to work with and understand their clients’ needs.’”

Accolades aside, the message in the article remains the same: “Our business exists to help people.” That includes an open-door policy, a long-standing community presence in the greater Milwaukee area – including branch offices in West Allis, Franklin, Brown Deer and Menomonee Falls, in addition to our main office on Eighth Street and National Avenue – and even internal training and coaching to help prepare you for the job you want.

“We are in the middle of a low-supply, high-demand period for qualified workers,” Owner Jeff Wein says. And we’re here to help.
