I have had a working relationship with SITE Staffing, Inc. since 2012. In my HR role in a manufacturing facility, I find their services invaluable. Vetting and placement are handled with only having to give the number of available openings for each manufacturing department and shift. This gives us the opportunity to identify the best performers for direct-hire conversion, or terminate assignment if standards are not met. The rep handles the day-one orientation and safety training, coaching and discipline. Other helpful services include absence reporting and time-keeping with weekly billing. We have quarterly meetings to review hires, turnover, trends and spending.
