It can happen fast! Job availability changes daily. First, you’ll need to complete our application process. Once that’s done, you will be considered based on your preferences and your skills, and we’ll help navigate and secure the appropriate positions.
First, you will fill out our online application. You will be asked to provide a complete education and work history as well as provide your preference for type of work desired, location and other questions.
After the application is complete, you may be invited to interview with one of our recruiters. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss the skills you possess and what you are looking for in your next position and/or career opportunity. The recruiter will not only discuss what specific skills you have, but also find out more about your experiences in job-related settings.
Once you have completed the interview you will be sent an onboarding packet to complete. This packet must be completed in its entirety for us to place you on an assignment. It is important this gets done right away, the sooner it is completed the sooner we can place you on assignment.
Your recruiter will be your single point of contact for finding the right job for you. That recruiter is great at what they do, and will keep you up to date, every step of the way. We encourage candidates to check in once a week as opportunities can change often.
Not every job is going to be the right fit for you. If you don’t think a job is right for you, you can decline it. We will continue to search for and offer positions based on your skills and preferences – and keep in mind why that role wasn’t quite right.
We realize not every job is going to be the right fit. Sometimes you don’t know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it’s not going to work for you, contact your recruiter immediately. The quicker you contact your recruiter the quicker they can address the situation.
You may be asked to stay on assignment long enough for us to find a replacement; however, we will make every effort to fix the situation as soon as possible.
You will pay nothing for our services.
Most of our positions will be posted on our job board. However, there are some positions that do not get posted. If you are looking for an assignment thinking about what’s next, it’s important for you to stay in touch with your recruiter. They’re great at understanding your skill set and career goals and will keep an eye out for great opportunities for you. When your recruiter sees the perfect job for you, they’ll let you know.

The timeline for placing the right employee depends on the specific needs of the job. SITE collects your job requirements and business needs, and then fills the position based on qualifications you provide. But our clients can also drive the timeline. For clients that have an urgent temporary need, SITE can have talent delivered to start the next day, or sometimes even the same day. Other clients choose to review resumes and personally interview each candidate. We are flexible and adjust our hiring process according to your needs.
For positions that require background screenings, SITE can provide drug screenings, criminal background checks, employment and/or education verifications, etc. We coordinate the specific screening requirements for your company. We will take our direction from you.
Not every job is the right fit for each person—or company—and sometimes it's not apparent until that person is on the job, working. Our temp-to-hire program provides you an opportunity to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we will replace them. Our direct-hire services guarantee all placements.
