Position: Administrative Assistant 
Pay: $13.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift 

Medical manufacturing Administrative Assistant needed in our growing company! 

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Interview scheduling,
  • Creating badges and setting up new employees in the timeclock system
  • Meeting prep / arranging lunch, etc / conference room clean up,
  • Greeting visitors,
  • Maintaining visitor log,
  • Power point presentations,
  • Maintaining the org charts,  
  • Calendaring,
  • Scheduling travel
  • Processing expenses for Leadership team
  • Creating posters,
  • Maintain the employee information board,
  • Help administer recognition programs,
  • Plan all staff meetings and events,  
  • Various errands for the plant (food for meetings, etc),
  • Scheduling orientation and creating new hire bags,
  • Other support duties as assigned by Leadership Team.
