Dedicated Account Representative SITE Staffing will assign you your own Account Representative to exclusively service your staffing needs and coordinate our staff's assistance on your behalf. Regular service visits will be conducted by your SITE representatives to monitor our employees' performance as needed, and be available for feedback, problem solving, and discussions of future staffing needs. 24/7/365 Availability Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, SITE has staff available from 12:30 am to 4:30 am each day. SITE's entire staff is available 24 hours/day, 7 days a week, to manage all of your staffing needs. Your Account Representative will provide you with a personal cell phone number for direct communications and ease of staffing support. Transportation For light industrial staffing requirements we offer our own transportation program using the services of SITE Transportation, our transportation subsidiary. SITE owns and operates a fleet of buses and vans and provides transportation services to our employees where public transportation does not exist. This gives us the ability to better manage your staffing needs and be more accountable than staffing firms who utilize third party transportation services. Further, SITE Staffing will monitor and control attendance for staffing projects that are managed via transportation and provide daily attendance listings for each shift supervisor. We are currently transporting our associates to clients located in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, and Jefferson counties.

Drug Screening SITE Staffing is a drug free company. Drug testing is performed randomly, for cause, and for all workers' compensation injuries. SITE can also customize a drug screening program for your firm to strengthen your hiring practices. Background Checks SITE Staffing performs various background checks and can easily customize a program to meet your hiring requirements. Performance Guarantee Each SITE employee is guaranteed to be qualified to serve in the capacity specified by your firm. If not fully satisfied with an employee within the first four hours, you may ask for a replacement at no cost to you. On-SITE Managers SITE Staffing can provide you with an on-site manager to coordinate the orientation, training, and supervision of your contract employees. SITE will customize a staffing program to meet your specific placement needs. Safety Training SITE Staffing employs its own full-time safety manager. Safety training is available to all employees, and SITE has been instrumental in creating custom training/awareness programs for many of our customers. This helps to ensure that you are receiving the most safety-conscious individuals in the marketplace, in an effort to reduce your overall injury incident rates. We carry worker's compensation insurance for all of our employees. A certificate of insurance in your name, listing specific amounts of coverage, is available upon request. Safety Equipment From safety glasses to back braces, SITE Staffing will work with you in an effort to provide SITE employees with the necessary safety equipment needed to perform all jobs safely. Skills Assessment To determine the extent of an applicant's skill set, SITE offers a full line of assessment tests to promote proper employee placement. Tests include office/clerical assessments, technical assessments, dexterity testing, and personal integrity assessments. SITE has the ability to customize our screening and selection process to incorporate any job-specific testing that you require.
